Platform

One operating system for your whole organization.

Impact is an organizational management system that brings people, programmes, projects, money, activities and records into a common environment for social-impact institutions.

What Impact is

An organizational management system for social-impact institutions.

Impact by Reedox is software that NGOs, nonprofits, foundations, charities and community organizations use to run the administrative side of their work. Teams sign in to a shared workspace and manage members, donors, volunteers, programmes, projects, events, tasks, finance, communication, documents and reporting there, instead of across separate files and tools.

Its role is to give essential operational activities a common home, so that information recorded by one team is available, in the right form, to the others who depend on it.

Daily organizational operations

The routine work that keeps an organization running.

On an ordinary day, a membership officer updates member records and checks renewals. A volunteer coordinator finds people with the right skills for an outreach. A project lead updates progress and assigns tasks. A finance officer records donations, checks a budget before approving an expense, and records a supplier bill. A communications officer drafts an update to members.

Each of these activities is recorded where others can see it, which reduces the follow-up messages and duplicated lists that usually surround them.

Management visibility

A clearer view for directors, boards and programme leads.

Because daily work is recorded in a structured way, leadership can review the organization through dashboards and reports rather than waiting for compiled updates. The dashboard shows activity across people, projects and money; the Finance Centre shows fund balances, budgets against spending and outstanding payables and receivables; task and approval views show what remains outstanding.

This helps managers identify responsibilities that have slipped, programmes that are overspending and items waiting for a decision.

Accountability and continuity

Records that hold up to review and survive change.

Boards, funders and auditors need to see how decisions were made and money was used. Impact keeps an activity log and a finance audit trail, supports approval steps and keeps supporting documents alongside records. Formal accounting records, including journals, ledger, trial balance and financial statements, are kept in the Accounting Centre.

Consistent records also protect continuity. When a treasurer, secretary or programme officer moves on, the organization's knowledge stays in the system.

How the platform is organized

Six areas. One connected system.

People holds members, donors and volunteers. Operations holds programmes, projects, events and tasks. Money holds donations, the Finance Centre and the Accounting Centre. Communication holds messages and news. Resources holds documents and reports. Administration holds users, roles and settings. Together they keep continuity between the people, programmes, money, activities and records of the organization.

How information connects

Every record is linked.

A donation lands in a fund, the fund pays for a project, spending is approved and posted to the ledger, and reports are built from the same records.

Why organizations use it

Control, clarity and confidence.

One source of truth

People, projects and money live in one connected system instead of scattered files.

Financial control

Funds, budgets, approvals and journals keep every naira accountable.

Donor confidence

Show funders exactly where their money went, with reports built from real records.

Less manual reporting

Reports are generated from live data, not rebuilt every quarter.

Clear accountability

Owners, approvals and an activity log show who did what, and when.

Audit readiness

Documents, ledgers and audit trails are ready when auditors arrive.

Vision & mission

Stronger administrative foundations for mission-driven work.

Reedox built Impact because the organizations doing the most demanding social work are often supported by the weakest administrative systems. Operational clarity, accountability and continuity are not ends in themselves: they are what allow programmes to be delivered well and funders to keep trusting the organizations they support.

Impact is not a charity. It is the software that supports organizations doing charitable, developmental, community and humanitarian work.

Deployment and configuration

Start with a conversation.

Every organization is structured differently. Before using Impact, organizations contact Reedox to discuss their needs: the programmes they run, how their funding is organized, who needs access and which reports matter most.

From there, Reedox can discuss deployment, configuration, access requirements and pricing. Specific technical arrangements are agreed directly with Reedox.
